A.      describe your program, project, or special event,

B.      define your objectives,

C.      explain your results and how you accomplished your objectives, and

D.      describe the resources you used, including staff, and to what extent you used outside services. You may document your success with publications and news clippings. (Please photocopy clippings on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.) No videos, please. (All alumni fund-raising programs or projects should be entered in categories 1-2.)
